On December 4, 2025, the New Mexico State University Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering (MAE) Department hosted its Fall 2025 Graduation Dinner to celebrate graduating seniors and recognize their academic accomplishments.
The evening honored students’ hard work and perseverance throughout the MAE program, including recognition for Outstanding Academic Achievement.
The department was pleased to welcome College of Engineering Dean Dr. David Jauregui, who congratulated graduates and shared remarks on the wide range of opportunities ahead and the important role engineers play in shaping the future. MAE Department Head Dr. J. I. Frankel also offered encouragement to the graduating class, reminding students that, “Each day is a new day of opportunity for your chosen path.”
The department congratulates all Fall 2025 graduates and wishes them continued success as they move into industry positions, research roles, or graduate study.
